Tear Jerker

Alright so i just finished reading all 167 chapters of Ichigo 100%

and......

That was the BEST romance manga ive EVER read. At the end i cried for the first time from reading a manga, and havent cried from any anime. The happiest ending ever and i didnt want it to end. And im a guy hehhe.

So can someone please suggest a manga as good as that one, that may make me cry. Id really appreciate it.

Thankyou ^^

I love I"s, myself, so I'll second that.

If you're looking for animes as well, try Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, it's a real tear jerker.

For romance manga, try Kare Kano (21 volumes), Nodame Cantabile (currently in the mid-teens and still going) and NANA (in the early 20s at present). Saikano is a mix of romance and sheer tragedy (7 volumes). And Love Hina (14 volumes) is one of the veterans of romance/comedy/drama manga, albeit it has harem elements. But it's still good.

I've not read the Suzuka manga but the anime was quite good and certainly had some tear jerking moments, so if the anime followed the manga some... Also, Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien for sure was a tearjerker*

The Elfen Lied manga (and anime series) certainly has some sad moments to it too, although it's not exactly a tearjerker...

*well, if you could get into it that is... it's one of those animes you're either going to think the people are going way over the top and hate or enjoy it.

Argh! Just remembered! Want a really heartwarming tearjerker?! Chibi Vampire! Currently at 10 volumes, I think it will go to 14. It's cute, heartwrenching and and warm.

Honey & Clover had some serious tearjerking scenes, I got choked up a couple times during True Tears and Kurenai. I'll second Nodame and Kare Kano. Not a series and nothing to do with romance but if you want to cry there's nothing sadder than Grave of the Fireflies

Best romance anime... Bokura ga Ita. It is one of the few animes that centers on romance and doesnt involve fantasy and supernatural things.

Hantsuki, Kanon, Air, Honey & Clover, Clannad are also very good drama/romance animes.

Well, Macross Frontier can only be considered a tear jerker if you turn out to be a rabid shipper for... well... some characters.

this is way weird . . tears at ichigo 100%, i's, suzuka??-_- I must be lacking of some nerve at romance then haha. The only romance thingy that i teared over, i guess its elfen lied and i forget this title about a chick that had electric balls on her hands and she could maneuver some gundam thingy. well the romance does reminds me of my past relationship, thats probably why

I cried for some matches through the whole journey of the manga of hajime no ippo, its still on going now. The touching matches are around the middle

5 Centimeters Per Second was pretty good too, got me emotional at the end.

Avoid wiki they have spoilers there.

Yea i agree with the previous post, for some reason, the mangas that are listed here didn't make me cry...as hard as that sounds maybe theres something wrong with me, but it only left me with a deep ache in my heart. So if there are any more please list them, Thanks I second Ichigo 100% and Love hina as two of the best romance mangas
