problem after reformatting computer

I just reformatted my computer and reinstall everything, but for some reason my computer reboots itself when I try to play some of the avi videos. I have the cccp that is listed on the stickies on this forum. Please help.

Check if there's an update for your vidcard/soundcard and also motherboard drivers. Check all other drivers too.

I am using the newest drivers, I DL them off the manufacture site and installed them before I install the CCCP.

Grab CCCP Insurgent then, go tools -> test render in it and select a file that restarts your system. Paste the output here.

What OS are you using? I had some problems with Vista and my Nvidia card. Download VLC and try to play the videos with it, if the problem persist it's probably your card.
