She's Scarlet, their first best friend, her intro was in R2Remake chp 25, during Kallen's letter.

Scarlet is a ex britannia foot soldier, she evaded the war in Europe because pregnant, but the husband, a knightmare pilot, is dead in the European front in 2018.

Lelouch and Kallen met her at the school, when Naoto and Shirley started the kindergarden, Scarlet' son is about three years more big of the twins.

She was a soldier (now a salesperson), but she hasn't suspect about Kallen, because Kallen's face was knew only in the britannia troops on japan battlefront.

Anyway I got a laugh out of the "Adventures of Lelouch" comic (who ever knew Lulu was so ho--- on the inside?) and the art looks good. I got to say I'm curious about those airships seen on the news, not to mention Suzaku's new knightmare. A new war on the horizon perhaps?

Not what you're thinking, just imagine a fully upgraded kmf able to compensate the suzaku' superhuman skill when he use his "geass-curse" power.

Well, in mt story, models like Lancelot and Guren are outlaw, too much powerful and dangerous.

The originals were destroyed, guren by merlin and the lancelot with damocles explosion.

But after the war, with the world peace treaty, and the global weapon envelopment control, those two knightmares are prohibited.

The Lanceren Mephisto is a esperimental weapon commissioned by Suzaku, Lloyd and Rahkshata accepted the order, because they like play with these kind of challenges.
You can imagine it's a prohibited kmf and nunnally will never happy about the Suzaku's paranoia "it's not ended!"
