^I might be wrong about it. If it is 13 episodes then I'll be waiting for it next week. But the end of episode 12 had no preview. Unless, of course, the raw that I watched was truncated at the end.

there are already some screen shots(Owen IS A TANK) of the last episode and it's definitely bringing the series to a closure, but the real question is whether or not we'll see Queen’s Blade Rebellion animated. Most of the origin sorry seems to match what happened in the anime but the most of the character personalities are off to say the least

well really i have no words to describe the "finale" but really this series is just GREAT EPIC UNEXPECTED HIT ANIME OF 2009.

truely this series prove itself to those other anime that despite with all the service, doobi, etc that queen's blade is by far one of unexpected anime to see.

good thing i'm one of those who gave it a chance to prove itself & i'm so ok with it.

now to wonder will there be the "rebel" on the works next?

but for now there s2 ova & march 2010 qb's dub (really get check on best buy & fye for it).

Saisei Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2009	Spoiler for Episode 12: We start the episode with Hachiel with Nanael in heaven. The head angel talks to Nanael about Aldra and Delmore (finally named). Cut to the coliseum and Nanael back at the church with Melpha doing sacred poses and enjoying it. It seems this is what Hachi seems to think Nanael was doing here. She also seems shocked by Melpha’s worship of Nanael. Back to the coliseum, Tomoe talks about Shizuka and Leina as Claudette sits next to her. A quick cut to Nyx turns to Nowa and Alleyne in a dead forest, which then turns to Elina. Leina and Aldra are introduced. Hachiel starts the fight with Melpha beside her, while Nanael looks on. Leina proceeds to get her but kicked. Risty seems to have a telepathic connection of sort with Leina as she wakes up saying her name (in other news I demand doujinshi between both of them). We see Claudette and Tomoe worried and Ymir and Rana outside the coliseum. Ymir tells Rana the greatness of her sword and Rana runs off. Leina begins her attack as Delmore tells Aldra Owen wielded a very similar sword (it seems Cattleya and Owen killed Delmore). Aldra continues to beat her. Rana ends up in Aldra’s thrown room. Leina lies on the ground presumably saying something like she holds the hope of everyone and Risty sneaks into the back of the arena. She gets up and does one of Claudette’s thunderclap attacks followed by one of Tomoe’s kicks. Aldra falls to the ground and summons her flying eyeballs. Leina destroys them. Rana finds Airi’s scythe left on the ground. He also notices his mother’s crystal cracked with milk in the cracks. He’s shocked to hear a female voice. It’s one of Aldra’s guardwomen. Nanael seems to be on the roof of Aldra’s thrown room. Airi communicates through the scythe. He throws it, causing the guard to become trapped against a crystal. The scythe glows and Airi materializes out of the guard’s mouth. Nanael shows up with a full bottle of milk. Cattleya breaks free. Airi shoves Rana close to his mother. He hugs her and cries. She’s surprised to see Owen awake. Nyx snaps at the customers (it seems that is an aspect of her all along) and decides to search for Funikura. Nanael finds a tiny Melona next to encased Menace. She jumps on Nanael’s shoulder. Menace breaks free. Cut to the Vance castle. The count and Elina talk about Maria, Leina, and Queen’s Blade. Aldra encases Leina in yellow crystal as well as the entire audience not Tomoe (she now has Shizuka’s headband on again), Claudette, Risty, Melpha, and Hachiel. Ymir enters the arena and they all notice their weapons are glowing. Cut to Nowa and Alleyne whose weapons are glowing and then to Echidna (finally) tending to Irma whose sword is also glowing. Leina gets free with the help of Nanael’s milk. Aldra tries to encase her again only for Shizuka’s spirit to hug Leina. She crush’s Aldra’s eye on her left arm. She then uses one of Claudette’s attacks and then a dragon tail, causing Aldra to be knocked out. Hachiel declares Leina the winner. Delmore appears as a large black mass attached to an unconscious Aldra. Melona pours the last of the milk on him. With the milk gone, Nanael drops to the ground taking Melona with her. Melpha does a sacred pose against Delmore. Tomoe pulls Aldra free. The others attack him with Leina landing the final blow. The now free crowd cheers. Aldra ages to her proper age. Cut to Aldra’s thrown room. All of the former prisoners are waking and Nyx has found Funikura. Unfortunately she is sitting on him so he punishes her. Irma wakes up to see Echidna greet her. Voice over with the images of characters from season 2 episode 1, which quickly transform into paintings of most of the characters against the credits. We see a last minute scene with Melona, Airi, and Menace in the city talking (presumably about the swamp queen and Rana). We see the backdrop of Gainos and the coliseum as a riff of Buddy Body plays on a Spanish style guitar.

Spoiler for ep12 and final thoughts: I don't think I've been so disappointed ever since the end of Shigofumi... And that was just because the end didn't turn out the way I wanted it too... But this... dear lord... I have no idea what the scriptwriter was thinking... It felt incredibly rushed, there wasn't anything emotional about anything, the final boss was weak... Just... nothing good was in this episode. Well, the art in the end was cool. Overall... 5/10 for the season. I would have said 9/10, but the end really ruined everything... Compared to the 1st season, this season was a lot more interesting (plot-wise) and the OP was excellent. Her revival was more exciting to watch than the entirety of the Aldra fight (which we all knew Reina was going to win ). Hey Shizuka, why are you protecting Reina? I thought you were Tomoe's lov...er, sidekick At least we know what kept Echidna busy during all this Why was the coin powered up? Risty has a weapon too, you know Oh well, had low expectations going in, so I wasn't that disappointed. Still looking forward to the zany OVAs and the upcoming PSP game, which will hopefully feature more Airi, Nyx and Alleyn goodness __________________
