When I voted, I got the same error... though the correct vote was cast.

Miyako and Chiaki

Usually you don't find pictures of Chiaki being cute, but here are some for referance.

Spoiler for Chiaki:

A) Yuuko
B) Matsuri

I hated voting against Chihiro

But I figured that Matsuri may need the votes more since it appears that she's done somewhat better.

Now to wait...

This round seems to be all over the place in terms of votes locally.

Ok... I'm slow at staying caught up on things and all that... I just got around to reading minhtam's blog about Touhou.

Lemme' get this straight...

Quote:
However, when we released the official listings on the 13th, I certainly saw complaints from various communities and criticism on why Touhou was accepted in the first place, yet no one - I repeat - no one sent an e-mail to the admin@internationalsaimoe.com , or rather, me, or any of the staff members saying that Touhou should have not been considered as a valid anime. I promise you that if someone actually did come forward to me saying that Touhou would not have been considered valid, we would have at the very least reduced the number of Touhou candidates from five to two, if not excluded them entirely at all.
*emphasis added*

You're saying, that if someone had merely sent you an e-mail about what was obviously controversial, the number of Touhou contestants would have been reduced... or even eliminated?

An e-mail!?

....

.........

An e-mail......

I'm so dumbfounded by that statement, that's all I can do..... laugh.

I am glad that the people are not concentrating their votes on those who have 'chance'; the #1 and #2 seeds.

I, for one, didn't mind much about Touhou being in, so I have launched no official protest. It is my belief, however, that if we had just let the top 27 from the nomination period into the Round-robin, instead of going through this preliminary round, half the girls I have voted for would have made it. Now, I fear that only one of the girl I have voted for will make it, and she wasn't even in top 7 of my choice.

Hmph.

We'll wonder just how "off" the nominations voting turns out compared to the original numbers it seems. One day we'll see those numbers...after it isn't a factor anymore.

Well, what other choice would I have? If I were to base my decision solely on the "communities" that were complaining about it, on what terms would I know whether they were being serious about ISML or just starting a commotion, as what many "complainers" and "purists" would do?
