I was drinking a coke while watching EP17, and was snickering at Haruta's dream until Noto and Kitamura came saying "lets do hot things together". I almost blew coke from my nose when the two came out with MP3 players and said that.

There's one little part near the beginning of this episode where Taiga muses about how she loves Christmas. At one point she pauses to appreciate a nearby parent-and-child moment. I dunno but this subtle scene stood out enough for me to notice, so could it be relevant to the story or just some random moe?

Her family was probably never like that..... so seeing such things are sometimes a "nostalgia for things that never were" -- so it made her feel warm and fuzzy.
