Sakura's the cherry blossom tree (bearing no fruit),Aluncard is actually Alucard and means Dracula spelled backwards.I don't think Sephiroth means anything but it's a badass name alright
Katsura means wig, the same as Zura, which is used as a pun in Gintama.

Sephiroth has quite a deep meaning attached to it, it's quite interesting when you look into it.

I'm very fond of the name Ophelia myself, but that might be just because I like the character so much. I don't remember feeling the same enthusiasm for the name when I was reading Hamlet.
