Eh? Why? Not selling enough copies? Or switching to a new name?

Nah, it got suspended... no new issues are going to come out >_< the magazine started as a monthly magazine then the publisher turned it to bi-monthly, then it got suspended... I think it wasn't selling as much as the publisher was hoping for...

Anyone know anything about 隙間女 (幅広) or: Sukima Onna (habahiro), the series that was introduced in the March edition of the Dengeki Bunko Magazine on page 120?

I've been doing a little research, and found that it's like a myth/horror story in Japanese, the story of a girl who's face you can see if you look closely at the space between your wall and dresser, before a hand comes out and pulls you in, or something like that...

But in the magazine, with this new author, on the cover image page, it says it's a love-comedy. And the story starts just like the myth. The boy coming home, and feeling a presence, but finding nothing no matter how much he searches...(I've only read page 121 so far, and it ends on page 139, with alot of text. )

Anyway, if anyone has a little more background for the story to help me on context, I'd appreciate it ^_^

Somehow I thought last summer's vol.1 was already the last one . Sales figure seemed to be pretty bad at that time.

At least the pricing of 980 yen is within the reasonable range. The last issue was around 2500 yen, thanks to the bundled dakimakura...

Anyway I think I will pick up a copy this time if I see one around.

Pixiv will start an online light novel magazine that's temporarily titled "pixiv eBunko":
http://www.lightnovel.org/2010/07/31...novel-magazine

They are working on the site which will open sometime in autumn 2010... can't wait to see what type of stuff they'll serialize on it
