Actually, it is a combination of about 3 episodes. Most of it comes from episode 1, but several scenes were scenes that have been interspersed among 5 or so episodes, even recent ones. They just combined them all together, leaving out many parts of ep 1. But yes, it was kind of a bummer.

At least they haven't done the Gundam Seed Destiny recap hell(they had far too many recaps in the series). Gosh, 5 episodes from the end(I think) let's do a recap.

Isn't it? If more people gave a chance to this series, even from only watching the first episode, I'm sure it'd get its proper recognition.

It creeps up on you, the veritable tortoise vs. the hare. There's nothing flashy about Cross Game - the only remarkable thing about it is that is does just about everything right. And it takes a while for that to sink in, and for you to realize that you don't just like the series - you love it. And Kitamura Kou is my current pick for best anime character of 2009.

I can attest to the fact that Guardian Enzo isn't the only one who had entertained the thought, "If I were a girl, I would so had his baby." Fortunately for us, Aoba's presence help us not to stray in our thoughts too deep in the abyss.

Guardian Enzo is an alright fellow.

We are trying to convince more people to watch the series you know not to scare the hell out of them. On a more practical tactic maybe we should do the cross game avatar week or something.

The avatar and sig size limits are too small to contain the GAR that is Kitamura Kou.

LOL - Monir, you do make me laugh. As I was typing that post I was thinking "I'm a straight male, and Kou makes me think "If I were a girl, I'd sure be lucky to find a guy like him. What does that mean?"

Thank Goc for Aoba!

Oh boy, you guys sure are hilarious. I seriously couldn't help myself but laugh at some of your comments. Ironically enough, I say the same thing to my friends sometimes as a joke, except in a more...vulgar way

Anyways, what's this about Cross Game avatar week? You've caught my attention. What if all the Cross Game fans just started wearing Avatar of Kou? I wonder, how many Cross Game fans are there? At least here on AnimeSuki

Put me down for a Cross Game avatar week/month/whatever. And it would actually be more interesting if everyone used the same avatar (or a slight variation of the same theme) as a way to maximize exposure. What do you guys think?

Or sigs. Probably would get more attention. What would be on them, I wonder. It would have to be something non baseball related to capture most people's interests.

Yeah, sigs would draw more attention, now that you mention it. Hmmm... I wish my creative juices would go back to what they once were...

In that case we could use agree on one or more of the ones our local expert Pellisier has done. Or ask him if he could come up with something during his free time.
