Not really, I mean, unless she is has a contract with a demon and exhibit a good amount of demonic power than no. I am more incline that Beel would bypass her and quickly latch onto Aoi, thus Oga is now brought into the internal conflict of the Red Tails.

There should be no way that this girl is as strong as Aoi is right now. In overall fighting power, Aoi should far surpass most human girls easily (Shizuka being one of the rare exceptions but still Aoi should have her beat). That aside, I can't wait to see Oga-Beel's version of this :

I really can't get enough to look at Chiaki and Nene's OH SHI- expression when Nasu's underlings disappeared into thin air. Other than I also felt bad for Kanzaki. He was confused as hell and trying to diggest what just hell happened around him. Well it didn't felt strange but surely he will get his answers soon. Other than that cover page foreshadows everything for what will happen in the next chapters. It's going to be hilarious as always and I loved new character. She sure looks gorgeous. I really love this kind of assertive characters just like her. But she is going to get into despair soon when Baby Beel neglects him but there is high probably that he might also attach her since it's Beel's temparement that he always gets attracted to strong characters. So in order to win Baby Beel back there will be big showdown between Ringo and Aoi soon. Lastly nervous looking Aoi is so attractive <3!

If not and he still gets a tattoo, he will master barrier spells to stay safe.

Barrier spells or teleportation would totally be good for him. This way he could totally hit on Yolda & Angelica. I wonder if Kota would get Beels seal when they are older?
