maybe them adding no bass is a typo error? Also Is Hikari a new song comeing out with the band score?

These seem interesting
11 – Love Crisis (chotto)
12 – Live House rehearsal
13 – Tenshi ni Fureta yo! – Guitar practice

Hikari is the new Death Devil song, it's on the second disc of the movie insert song album.

Those are instrumental parts from the movie, I think. Probably something like the brief instrumentals from various episodes contained on some of the previous band score CDs.

Now that I've given the movie OST a listen, this song has become a surprise favourite of mine:

What genre would this song come under, and what instruments were used? (I'm thinking techno, but I'm too much of a young whippersnapper to be 100% sure... )

Wow, what a strange composition indeed! I'd classify it as a sub-genre of electro-pop; probably more along the lines of dubstep and techno.

As for the equipment used...there's definitely voice modulators along with a mix of synthesizers and the potential of even a talk box being used. What an odd track...were they in a nightclub or something?

Western-style electro genre/sub.

A computer and music maker with audio sample and probably synth effect too. Or, this would be a safe bet:

Spoiler for Kaoss:

Either it is something to set the tone for an English club...or Mugi's been really playing around with her keyboard.

well I remember in the movie trailer there were walking inside like a underground station area, and there was huge logo that said "Camden town" this is the real life picture, and was animated in the movie its the "Camden Town station"

I mean the song is called Train D and there inside the towns train station, maybe there is a connection

hehehe, I know what you mean. I tried to save listening, reading, or watching anything about the movie, but the temptation took over! I had a really good laugh when she started to sing in English, sounds sorta different when she does, and in addition some of the words were pronounced pretty good! Its great, now I have a good idea of what Yui would sound like if she spoke fluent English! But either way Gohan wa Okazu is just full of fun, thank god Azusa/Ritsu kept the song together, you'll know what I mean once you listen to the song! I much prefer these lives over the Houkago Tea Time II. It sounds more live, and you tell where the mistakes are at.

But if I don't get it now, I may never be able to get it in the future... You know how fast K-On merchandise can sell, right?
That, and I'm also an extremely impatient person. (Heheh...)

Oh don't get me wrong, I pre-ordered this weeks ago myself, as I did with the other movie CDs. Doesn't mean I have to listen to them yet!

Official site has now updated with new track listing. "-Bass" versions are now included. Less importantly, track order has been changed around somewhat.
