It would be fine if someone use the history of "Unlucky Chef and Troubled Maidens" to make the fateful encounter between Touma and Tokiwadai dorm manager. Does anybody know if Pandaren-storyteller will continue his fanfic or if he already dropped?

Thanks a bunch for the clear-up, I wonder what will people say now. Although it seems that even with that some people seem to think otherwise (probably they find it hard to agree with canon).

Currently reading up to the part where Misaki reveals to Mikoto about her not being the only one saved, is she... uh, "slamming" Mikoto? I'll phrase it like that in my terms, but if you have a better word then feel free to interpret what I mean. I'm loving that part

I'm not quite sure what you meant by 'slamming'... I was trying to convey Misaki has at least saw Kazakiri and Index being saved by Touma (Sherry's golem and fighting Aureolus, Index was lying on the table behind the alchemist in previous chapter), and pointing out Mikoto isn't special/unique in any way to Touma, just another girl in his life. It's part of Misaki's mind screw to prevent Mikoto from focusing on Misaki's misdeeds earlier - make Mikoto focus on other things instead, ie Mikoto's crush on Touma.

Cupid makes people fall in love right? Misaki is more like trying to get Mikoto to NOT fall in love with Touma here, warning her he's dangerous. The main focus here, however, is that Misaki is trying to distract Mikoto so she doesn't get fried by lightning. And making Mikoto thinking about other things means less thought goes to 'She went after someone I know, this B#$%& will learn that's a bad idea'. The love thing is just something Misaki threw out there, don't pay too much attention to it - at this stage of the fic anyway.

It was the start of the week long Ichihanaransai Winter culture festival, where all schools of the City of Espers participate in events and challenges against other schools. It was vibrant and peaceful, and for the normal law-abiding citizen, it was a good day. But, a certain albino wasn’t okay. In fact, he was gnashing his teeth and cursed under his breath. “That bitch…!” At the first opportunity she got, Misaka Worst had fled to parts unknown to commit ill-willed deeds. Worst of all, she slipped right under his nose; and that really pissed him off. He thought he knew her better than that… Anyways, he was going to have to chase her down and prevent a rampage. “Is she that much trouble-jan?” Yomikawa asked, clad in her Anti-Skill gear. She was patrolling around the crowds and acted like any regular police officer, except she dealt with espers too. “You don’t know her very well,” Accelerator spat out, jabbing his cane to the ground. “Well, that’s true… She hardly speaks to me…” She crossed her arms and shrugged. “…For your information, she’s the type of person you would arrest.” “So Skill-Out type delinquent-jan?” She asked. Accelerator shook his head. “No, worse. Much worse than that. The type who steals candy from a baby. Pure evil type. That’s why she’s Misaka Worst. He shoved his phone back in his white coat and clicked his tongue. “…Yomikawa, if I were to kill her, can you make sure that kid gets to visit me each day of my incarceration?” He asked in a serious tone. “Eh? What kind of question is that?-!” What she said was drowned out by the six tornados forming on Accelerator’s back. He shot into the clear sky, with a single thought in mind.
