The opening in full sounds good to me, especially in higher quality then the radio rip. The b-side is a piano ballard, I think the b-side really does show how well HIMEKA can sing. From the single's cover, it looks like the producers are giving her a more 'princess' like image. Oh there's a cosplay card of HIMEKA as Alicia too.
I was actually quite surprised that the B-side song was a cover of one of my old favourites. Her vocals were quite amazing but what I really liked about the original Sayonara Solitaire was the instrumentals that accompanied it. HIMEKA's cover was good but it just didnt have the same impact as the original with just a lone piano

I'm curious as to what exactly she is covering on the B-side track. I'm not familiar with this song.

Does anyone have any info on pe'zmoku? I've found the ED single to be most fun to listen to.

Does anyone know if the full instrumental version of "Succeeded Wish" used as the English opening song has been released?

There's an instrumental version as well as a piano solo instrumental version that were both on the games OST.

Edit: Whoops. Apparently the instrumental is slightly different from the version used in the opening. Sorry

Yeah sorry, I've got the OST and it's not the version I'm after. Its just the full version of Succeeded Wish without the singing.

Actually, that second CD there is a Drama CD. I'm think I'm actually going to buy it, personally.

Looks like the website just put out info on a new opening sequence. There's a spoiler pic, though...

really like the new OP and especially the new ED. Heaps better than the old themesongs.

I recently acquired the game OST for VC, and it's great hearing the battle music on its own. I also noticed that the Eminence Symphony Orchestra was involved with the soundtrack. Australian music talent FTW.

I disagree completely, in all possible ways... though I was really only fond of ED1 because it used a vokator and the animation was fun. I hope OP2 and ED2 grow on me...

So, I think the Drama CD episode has come out by now. If it has, does anyone think they could provide a transcript/translation of it? I'm hoping it's really funny.

The anime's OST doesn't have any of the game's soundtrack on it (and quite a lot of them were used in the anime). It's all new or modified tracks.
So if you want the more epic soundtracks you'll need the game's OST. That's not a bad thing per se as the game's OST is well worth getting.

I think it's truly a bad decision to have the anime soundtrack not feature any of the game pieces. There's a few nice pieces from the anime score, though overall it's pretty flat, though with some pieces from the game, it could have balanced it all out.

I haven't played the game. Listening to the anime OST, I really like it. It has lots of soft pieces of music (my fav).
