Great manga imho, dunno why it still hasnīt got a thread, and i wonder why there arenīt any groups scanlating it anymore, i had tons of fun reading and laughing.

Summary
A salaryman Matsumaru Fumihiko 26, asked his colleague miss Tanaka to watch a movie with him, but she doesn't show up at the movie theater. As he is about to throw away the ticket, a rookie seiyuu girl named Onda Aka aged 20 asked for the ticket and they end up watching the movie together. On their way home they notice that they live near each other. That night, Aka's apartment burns down. Matsumaru offers his help and they end up with Aka living with him. They have to keep it a secret to secure their jobs. What will happen to the relationship that is "more than friends but less than lovers".

I really enjoyed the first few volumes and then, frankly, the series just seemed to lose its focus. I've got the first six volumes but really stopped caring when the primary story got lost amongst all the "do-rama".

The tightly written anime adaptation remains a classic to me though for its clarity and depth.

I found that I liked the anime more than the manga. As Vexx said it seemed to lose its focus.

Honestly I enjoyed reading the manga after re-watching the anime. That series really is great for rewatching with how short it is. But anyways like seeing the main characters continue to move forward in their relationship.

Why no love for this series? I went through the first 10 chapters today and it seems fun...

Anime is really underrated and under-appreciated . The 9-10 minute format doesn't help either . Have been wanting to pick up the manga from a long time, keep forgetting =/

Well the real problem is that you solve your romance issue, and instead of taking it in a more mature way, it continues to reuse misunderstandings and extra love interests while continue recycling old content as new. Since the romantic tension is exacerbated at the very first chapter, it setup this interesting dynamic which of course melted, still the anime was awesome, though I wished it was slightly a bit longer, and feature the chaichou's brother! Probably the best side character of the series.

I dropped the manga after a few volumes.... they just seemed to totally lose the main thread and it turned into some "never-ending" soap opera. Nice art but I just stopped caring about the characters - which is bad.

An excellent examples of why a series should be plotted out and have a start and a finish in mind from the beginning. The anime did exactly right what the manga ended up doing wrong.

read as much as of the manga that was translated, i found that i lost interest about half way through

the author milked too much of the running gag of their sex relationship and pussy footed around actual development between the two
