Wasn't that a supposedly dead nee-san around 04:07-04:09 watching Cruz from behind a monitor? Plus her mask is lying there as well..but not like we really didn't see it coming.

Next week looks awesome -- Saten is finally going to make his move and I see him talking with an afraid Kuchinashi and standing behind Setsuna. A backstab perhaps? Or something else? Man I can hardly wait.

Well there still isn't conclusive evidence that the person is Yamada's sister but that shot definitely should have been the mysterious "4th" out of Arclight's commanders. But I can see it coming sooner or later

It is all about the flow of combat. A large scale attack like Vulcan Shock Ignition that hits multiple targets is way more useful than a 1vs1 attack like Dean Dive: Fox Hound, Planet Crush, Magnetic World, Tempest Thread etc. Pretty much all of attacks Blade has remembered by now are 1vs1 types, so Vulcan Shock Ignition is alot more of a reasonable choice in hectic battles where it is group vs. group instead of 1vs1. Plus, he can combine his attack with Uchida's own Vulcan Shock Ignition, allowing for a much more powerful and larger attack.

Conclusive evidence...well I can agree with that, her full face isn't shown after all. But still, the scene switching to her the moment Cruz thinks 'Nee-san' + the fact that her glove is exact the same as Cruz's sister should make for enough evidence I can already see her introduce herself as 'I am one of Simeon's Four Rulers of Heaven, Uten' within a few weeks xD Well that is for later, for now it is time for Saten to make his move next week.

It would be even better to have some other twist concerning his sister rather than something so blatantly obvious (but it's fine with me all the same ).

As for Saten, he looks like he is about to start a rebellion or something. Hohoho I can't wait

It does look great indeed, this episode was one where they sure poured in their budget
