well for me.. swearing and cursing is not a good habit :P i sometimes swear to myself never to do tgings again .. but i always end up doing it over and over again .. so i think it's better to say nothing and prove something than to swear and do nothing )

I usually swear when I'm angry or making fun of somebody. for example me and my friends sometimes joke around and call each other names.

Unfortunately I've made a habit of swearing all too often. In all seriousness, I use a vulgar word at least once every three sentences around my friends.

I swear on a daily basis. Given how I'm easily ticked off by the massive amount of stupid people nowadays, that's not much of a surprise.

Oddly enough, I cringe whenever I hear 6-year-olds use more vulgar language than I do.

I sometimes do, out of surprise and frustration, usually, but I try not to swear consciously or habitually at all.

Hmmm~ Nobody ever hears me cursing/swearing. I believe only 2-4 in the world heard me ever say it? While I only cursed/swore 6-12 times in my life.

I swear when I am surprised, not when I am angry. When angry, I descend into a long tirade involving a repetitive narrative of how terrible that person is. Whenever I swear, I get dirty/shocked looks because first, my gender and second, I'm Asian.

I used to swear a lot when I was younger, well english was my second language so I kinda tried to speak like people of my surroundings(at the time the projects) to sound cool/normal. then it became a real habit.

I remember first time I cursed in front of my aunt, I had slipped on something, really awkward silence after.

now I try not to do it so much. but curses will inevitably come out when my clumsy self bumps some part of body against something (refrigerator, wall, gate,... did I mention I am clumsy?). That is what curses are(should be) for. to express extreme emotion (in my case pain, embarrassment) and "curse our misfortune". they say the shortest words or the most powerful, well no word can more aptly express one's emotions after stubbing their pinky toe against bottom of refrigerator than "FUCK!" or shit, shit works too..

While I speak a lot more civilized and formal when I'm at work, my casual speech is full of slangs, slurs and vulgarity. I think it actually surprises people because I'm stereotypically regarded as an introverted nerd.

I use them mostly for comedic purposes. I don't swear when I'm angry. I'm not verbal when I'm angry.

Most commonly used swears from me would be 'shit' and 'fag'. I sometimes call out my female friends as 'fag' (cigarette or male homosexual) because it makes the least sense of all the derogatory names you can call, and it somehow makes them laugh =P

Swearing is a regular thing for nearly everyone I've met, though my friends have told me I'm probably the worst they've heard.
