Plot summary : Every day, Yamada Ichirou takes a path to school that crosses with the girl he likes, Fujisaki Shiori. Every day, he thinks that maybe it will be the day he'll have the courage to speak to her. However, hundreds of days have passed and he still hasn't even managed to say one word.
One day, the overly developed 11-year-old Sakura Moe and her mother move in next door to Yamada. While her mother's away, Moe runs over to Yamada's house in a bath towel, demanding that he "rescue" her. Unluckily, that day also happens to be the first day ever that Shiori comes over to Yamada's house on an errand about schoolwork. Now she not only thinks he's a stalker, but also a pedophile! Will Yamada be able to convince her it was all a big misunderstanding or has he lost the girl of his dreams before he even got the courage to say "Hello"?

Seems like I can't see the pic for this series.

I was reading this the past year (haven't finished yet), and I like the big-breasted girl (not that I'm a perv... at least, not that much lol) Moe-chan.

Definitely one of my favorite series about romance and loli-girls (although I have serious doubts if this is the case).

Been reading since the start and yea I can kinda agree that I like it for what it is.
Don't think it will go the loli route but it's given me a few chuckles here and there concerning Moe-chan even if ever so cliche as it is.
A guilty pleasure series if there ever was one really but thats part of the charm for me.
Between Moe-chan and Fujisaki, I think like Fujiskai abit more, the tsundere is strong in her.
As for Yamada, dunno what it is but it's like you can really hate him for being the complete idiot he is.

I remember someone mentioning this in the "Manga you follow" thread a while back, but this was actually the first time I read through it. Definitely a surprisingly fun read, if you just keep in mind that there's nothing really deep about it and how it's a comedy that also happens to feature a stacked 11-year old...

You can read this manga for how much the guy fails at defusing misunderstandings.

Also to marvel over how long Moe has gone without being abducted some some random oppai-loli fetishist middle-aged man.

I was actually surprised how Shiori ended up having blue hair. Given the personality type, I was convinced she had red hair until the color pages straightened things out.

Also, disturbing implications (glossed upon because, you know, comedy) at Eri being so young-looking despite being Moe's mom is because she really IS young (as in she had Moe early). Reminds me of Ryuuji's mom from Toradora, especially given Eri's work at a cabaret.

So a thread for this was actually made. I was plan on making one, but thought I got beaten to the punch.

Oh well. 15 chapters in and hardly any work between the MC love interest, but direction is moving smoothly in some aspects. I think the loli antics will continue before Shiori's route can progress a little more.

But there already is progress. We got a roundabout confession... except Yamada is too stupid to notice how Saori = Shiori. At least Shiori now knows how he feels.

I know that, but I should've taken in account of his stupidity to read or understand feelings or situations. A confession is surely possible now, but it's safe to say that the loli drama will most likely continue since a new girl was recently introduced a couple chapters back.

Another garbage romcom manga.

Loli + Big boobs = stupid thing provided for those lolicons who are getting sick with washboard heroines

The MC is spineless, stupid, lame Keitaro wuss-tier who gets a girl he loves yet has no balls to pull something noteworthy, nevermind seriously capture her heart

His love interest is a good girl though, although her constant sour face and stupid misundertanding got repetitive and boring after a while.

The story basically goes nowhere, aside from some shameless fanservice TLR-tier and retarded yuri bait with another loli

Despite that, this manga actually redeemable in one area : Actually telling people to prepare good ol' book burning machine before its getting too late

Anyone coming into this expecting something deep is looking at the wrong manga. Turn your brain off, sit back, laugh at the stupidity.

Seriously... if you want deep go for the drama genre...
Keitaro wuss-tier characters are indeed wusses to some but they are no spineless cowards...
They show their worth when needed...

I can call garbage a gold, but it's still a BLOODY stinking pile of garbage

Btw, my criticism is towards the overall direction of the story in this manga, not just the "hey I took broken sentences from speechstyle of anonymous forums and made it a title" garbage.

I'm cool with romantic comedy. With sweet romance and hilarious comedy to entertain myself, but when the story turns into preposterous and self-masturbatory fantasy, which entertain the viewers from their basest of urges (despite being serialized in shounen manga), then i reserve the right to call it trash. And y'know what else bothering me? When this kind of thing plaguing nearly every monthly manga magazine outta there (Yep, i've been visiting many chinese manga scanlation sites and this kind of stinking pile of horse manure composes vast majority of their releases)

If you haven't caught my drift, I'm not entirely serious with the exaggerated venom, I'm humorously calling out how crappy the whole mess of things out there is. Maybe I should use bloody more.

All you can do now is blame the originator...
What ever series that was...
After that series became a hit they also followed its format mainly because it became a hit...
re-using cliche one after another...
Even if it's a crap to some as long as others still find it interesting then they will still continue sprouting one after the other...

You may not find my prejudice fair. But trust me, there's a foundation of it.

Before this entire mess got called "rabukome"(romcom), at the dawn of genre birth, were some warm and good romantic comedy mangas written for teenagers and young adult, which i loved very much during my childhood days. But now, the "romantic comedy" sub-genre has been abused so badly and plagued by tons of soft-pornography writers claiming their works as "romcom" for convenience

At least i'm glad Mitsuru Adachi (you may know him for Touch and Miyuki series) is still around, he was one of the early pioneers of the market looong before it was dubbed "romcom". Hell, by many he's pretty much considered the father of the genre. And some of his best works from the mid 80s, always holds a special place in my memory.

Not really... you have your reasons for that anyway... everyone have different views...
Usage of those cliche that are found in this manga... it is still some form of marketing strat... so as long as they're still on demand they will remain...
sad but true...
we know where you're going since we have a similar views towards violent tsundere characters... Tsunderes aren't that harmful in the good ol' days...
they pout, get angry, throw tantrums and such but not hit the MC with a freaking nail bat, send them flying or give them injury than in real life will really cripple or kill a person...
then comes Akane, Narusegawa followed, now there's Loise and the next thing you know they're everywhere...
It can't be help... times change peoples taste...
For us we're just here for the ride...

Not really relevant for the topic at hand, which is to say this manga. Again, this isn't really a series you should give deep thought to. If you're not comfortable calling it a romantic comedy, fine, then use ecchi comedy instead.

The argument regarding genre issues since the 80s can be taken to General Anime/Manga instead. So both of you, LET IT GO.

Unless the MC grows some spine and the romance department actually goes somewhere, this manga wouldn't be my cup of tea. The "accidental pervert" jokes also get repetitive and tiring over time.

Oh btw, this is not monthly manga?

Well some people like it and some people don't. It truly depends on the tolerance of how people can deal with MC's that get themselves in cliched situations and how they deal with it. It varies from case to case, but the direction at times can be really awkward considering how the readers react or deal with what happens during "accidental perversion" scenarios involving a tsundere heroine like character. MC has his moments, but stupidity really does takes it toll evidently, so character growth can pretty much be considered doubtful at this point.

It's probably bi-monthly last time I heard. I need to clarify that.
