I can't download anything by bit torrent.Everytime I'm trying to download something, I see a mesage like this "problem conecting to tracker-HTTP Error 303:Forbidden"..I don't know what's this..Can anybody help me? I want to download something><....please help><

403 Forbidden means that the person who runs the tracker is not allowing people to access it. I would assume that whoever's running that tracker is doing a really bad job of it.
