No, the problem was that from 16:21 to 16:23 in my source (BSS) I had nothing so I took the closer eye sequence I could find. The scene you meant was actually at 16:50 there. Anyway, like this?

I'm using BSS subs for eps 3 and it reads 16:21 for the eyes sequence...

Of course, but since there's a camera panning in that sequence (the camera moves towards Suou, it's not still) you'll see a little back and forth effect, which can't be eliminated. Other than that, it's smoothly looped.
