I swear Zebra uses hacks, he just takes anything and adds sound/voice in front of it to get a move.

Holy crap. The Salamander Sphinx has a capture level of 92, that's the newest highest capture level in the series.

Certainly is proving to be quite the challenge for Zebra, I s'pose any beast that's louder than he is would certainly be a challenge. =P

Glad they finally re-united with Komatsu though, he was in quite a pickle there.

So the sphinx has the Mellow Cola? It must be one of it's bodily liquids then.

Yep, SilverSyko. According to the mural a few chapters back, Mellow Cola is apparently it's tears.

What does everyone think of the anime version? I want to ask there but the toriko anime forum is kind of dead.

It seems fairly entertaining, though I question bringing in the reporter girl purely for bad puns and comedy.

Yeah, Tina exempted, it's fairly good...for now. Really wonder how they'll handle the plot, what with skipping some scenes and adding others that were not supposed to be shown till later on.

Actually, from what I read, these bird people hold the hint to "God"

Even if they do, they're still bastards.

Could this bird-man creature even be GOD?

It eat all the best food available and is the strongest creature so far.

Is the manga Toriko as violent as the special promo episode? Since the succeding episodes isn't that violent anymore.

Holy crap man, that creature is screwed. Or is it? We don't really know that much about it yet.

Since it has ties to God though it might not be just a common unknown monster from the Gourmet World.

That was a pretty epic fight, that creature was amazingly powerful, mimicking Toriko's Nail Punch and requiring Toriko and Zebra to do coordinated attacks to actually beat it.

The creature is highly intelligent. I wonder if the cook book is written by the creature.
