Date and clock rainmeter, the rest is a layout made in photoshop applied to the wallpaper i'm using.

Yep! I went on a hunt for wallpaper with her art and found quite a few I like.

Nah, you could probably make yours look better since the toolbar for W7 has a MUCH better design than the XP PRO one, given it's changeable and slightly see through and mine isn't... and mine has the awful blue start button.

All I used was Rainmeter. Literally, that is the ONLY program up for this customization! I used the three suites available on the official website: Gnometer (the majority of the desktop), Enigma (the music info, uptime, and date), and ABP (slideshow).

Gnometer has all the things on the top, and the little icons on the bottom are my application and task launchers from it.
