Oh, it's fair. If Seven Arcs is smart enough to use enough time to tell their story properly and with some expansions, good. If LOL DEEN is too retarded to use enough time, bad.

Though honestly, the artwork for it has me a little excited. If nothing else, it'll definitely be pretty to watch for two hours.

Ooh~ I remember this. This was when Fate was going to give her mother those box of treats and demonstrated her excellent memory of the coordinates of the Testarossa household. What happened after wasn't pretty at all. <_<

I'd say around summertime.

*cough* Actually, as an editor I can safely say that 25 minutes really is a massive time gap. Editors often work in seconds, giving them 25 extra minutes is like putting an extra ten bucks in the hands of a kid and kicking them to the candy shop.

That being said, I am equally sure this has nothing to do with the Nanoha movie being better received, and the problem lies with attempting to animate the entire UBW arc in one movie. That'd be like trying to put S1 and A's in one movie, probably adding in the Sound Stages as well. It's just too big.

So yeah, even without having seen either I can easily agree with the Nanoha movie being better than the UBW movie.

The movie will be out on DVD probably by summer, and subs will probably be up and running a few months after that has been released.

I don't know about the DVD release date, but when it does release to DVD, I doubt it will take more than a week or two for some one to sub it.

Depends on how devoted the subbing group is to the project.

I've seen so many filmstrips on YJA, that I've probably seen the entire movie already in .jpeg form.

...Now to see it animated.

Well, we should have the animated version of all those scenes out by summertime, it's just a matter of counting down the clock. Or perhaps someone will take pity on the waiting and upload a few clips to Youtube.

I have no idea if that means that the Movie is doing good or not : bunkatsushin survey .

So in two days, the Movie got 40 000 spectators and receipts are around 61,3 million ¥ (0,69 million $)... How does it sound?

If we collect all the filmstrips, we can watch the movie, flip-book style!

Well, considering A's and the first season didn't sell well when Funimation dubbed them for the States, I doubt we'll see the movie being released in English theaters or even being released directly to DVD.

I wasn't thinking about an US release, but more about Singapore :]. Actually, it's the mere idea to have a foreign projection that I think to be a bit odd (and unfair, let be honest lol).
I'll be looking for further information, I wonder if this projection is confirmed by Japanese sources .
