He is very easy to chase and kill, making him a risky pick. ADCs with a dash however...Cait, Vayne, Lucian, Ez, Corki, etc. IIRC Kog' Maw and Nunu was a popular lane last year, once you got red, Kog'maw would dominate any lane...

Woke up in time for the MSK vs VUL game, Mineski put up a very good fight until the baron TF, that was quite entertaining. I do wonder though, why is everyone applauding when the players can't hear a thing?

Lagging bricks, can't watch the final match of the day...guessing Fnatic will have this one.

Spoiler for day 2 worlds:

Well can't wait till day 3, where we get to see Regi vs Faker. Let's see if SKT follows up on their claim that they'll leave Zed open for Regi, and whether or not it bites them in the end. XD

Faker was able to beat Ryu in a 1v1 Zed duel with a 70%hp handicap in Game 5 of the OGN Summer Grand Final.

Reginald had better not bite. He was deluded into thinking he was capable of Fizz against upper echelon players and it's cost him multiple times. Zed requires even better mechanics - ones Reginald does not have.

Faker wins lanes even if counterpicked. The only way to contain Faker is to gang up on his lane and take his turret out early. But as OMG showed, don't worry about Faker - beat his teammates.

I'd be more concerned about OMG and Royal Club shoving their insane early aggression to everyone. Good luck to Cloud 9 if they have to verse OMG first up. Lovelin is as bloodthirsty and relentless as they come. Meteos can't afford to be his usual occassional gank while farming up style once group stages are over.

And for today, if OMG and SKT both 2-0, then they will advance automatically. TSM vs SKT rematch, can't wait.

^ I lost my top to a Jax yesterday, so I can totally feel Dyrus right now...except I was Shen and got dominated without our jungler coming to gank :P (seriously considering a Trundle top, this whole depending on my jungler to survive thing is getting old too fast).
Spoiler for D5:

I found this interesting bug for bot games. If you use your Zhonya's right when the nexus dies and you time it right. There's this little gap where the bots consider you a target to attack. Before the Victory screen appears, you're free to get attacked by the bots until it appears.

I'm not sure if anyone here watches Dota, but OMG's playstyle reminds me a lot of Invictus Gaming, a Chinese team that won Dota's The International 2 last year. iG used a "face-rush" style with lots of controlled aggression, taking calculated risks while seldom overextending, very similar to what OMG is doing.

Invictus Gaming's LoL team did the same in S2 Worlds. But they were too gung-ho. OMG know when to go and how to not pay for it.

I moved 2 weeks ago and have had no internet till now so I missed the entire first half of the S3 Championships.

Btw, I'm surprised the prize pool is low at only $2m (same as S2). DOTA "The Interntional tourney" is like 50% bigger and last time I checked that game has heck a long way to go before it reaches the same amount of viewership and audience as LoL.

There are VODs available on lolesports.com of all matches via their Youtube channel.

How long do you have to wait for new net? Quarter-finals start this coming week.

And the final matches of both group stages will be played today. OMG vs SKT1, and will Gambit and Fnatic advance? Will SSO get their game together? Can't wait.

Fnatic is up against mineski after GMB, it's a guaranteed win as long as they get past gambit a second time.

EDIT: Fizz has been picked. This must be Gambit's worst nightmare

Spoiler for GMB vs FNC:

Doublelift talked about a free win for FNC vs MSK, talk about not respecting a team....at least call it a "probably easy win" or something, even if it is against the weakest team of the roster...

Spoiler for VUL vs SSO:

EDIT#2: Hitting the bed, gonna watch the rest in the morning. Good luck and have fun, everyone!
