MKV- Audio, video subtitles out of sync

I downloaded a torrent of mkv files the other day and nothing I've tried to far has been able to fix the problem with them. The audio, video and subtitles are all out of sync. I've never had problems with mkv files before, though I recently formatted my computer. This is the only series I seem to be having trouble with though.

I ran the Render test thingy, and this is what was brought up.

Is it only this one file, or all of them from this series?

How much are they off by? You can tweak the settings to change the timing yourself.

Are the subtitles too early or too late? If they consistently come too early, you can go into VSFilter's options and add offset (so they come later) or subtract offset (so they come earlier).

I had this problem recently, but I did it the hard way by remuxing all of them because they were all off by different amounts (some were a half-second too late, some were too early, some were just barely too late).
