I wonder if Sera's blind jealousy lead her to make the comment that Tomo didn't of him as her husband. Cus what room was she in? It was obv Tomo was making the effort as soon as they got back to their base.

haha thought it was funny when she said if he kissed her she'd love him for the rest of her life, then gave an evil glare haha

As far as I know, it holds meaning as a name only, so maybe she just doesn't like it. And this is only my guess, but after googling "Tomonori", it came of as a rather male name, so there's a chance Orito gave her that nickname for being such a tomboy. Like she calls herself "ore" and doesn't speak very feminine. (which is a part of her I find interesting, btw, not something that common, and makes me laugh how she quickly takes up the wife role despite that )

And yes "Yuki" can indeed mean "snow", it's written with different kanji, though - 雪.

Haven't read the original novels, but I heard even the first one wasn't adapted event-by-event... Not that I complain, this show is as random as ever anyway, and as long as they don't skip material completely it's okay. 6 eps for one volume is some really nice pacing, definitely better than making things rushed *cough* Index *cough*, even though that means long wait for some characters/events to appear. (like in Tomonori's case, duh)

At last Yuki was presented she is so cute , she really takes the engage seriously just one day passed since meeting a "stranger" who became his husband and its already making a lunchbox for him... what a pretty nice girl
but Ayumu was kind of jerk as not wanting to deal with marriage not even thanking her for the lunchbox.. hope her efforts pay off in the coming episodes.. One of the best moments was when she ask him if he is leaving with a sad expression and then enters Tsun mode and ask him to leave :P.

Oh and that Santa on Haruna's mind was Lol... SATAN Claus is coming .. oh and Ayumu with that little ponytail reminded me of Gokudera..

So.. um..

Apparently I have a "thing" for Type-B Tsundere ninja-vampires. Yeah.

I kind of wish I could have gone to my grave not knowing that. But since it's too late for that...

I wouldn't say that Ayumu is a jerk, just still in a state of surprise about how a culture can be so "foreign", if that's a good term to describe it.

Anyways, other than me, who else is on the Tomonori/Maelstrom/Yuki ship?

So, to anyone good with Seiyuu matching:

Does Yuki here have the same seiyuu as Chris Northfield in Princess Waltz? From what I remember of it, they sound close to identical.

Well i didnt mean like a really jerk .. i understand it was a shock for him but at same time its shock for her.. she wasn't prepared to get a kiss taken by the 1st dude in a pink outfit ... thats why i think he should at least be a little more considerate perhaps jerk was too much ? .. and dont need to ask you know im all for Yuki ..

Also Dahak86 may i take the last pic ?

She hasn't done many roles, she did Ika Musume and Kanata from Sora no Woto.

I must admit, I'm glad to see a harem member being open about their feelings. But I'm still on the Yuu bandwagon!

i do like Yu but its hard not to like a girl who can talk and express their feelings. Yuu's too much of a robot now, but she does have some of the best scenes when she lets to share some of them with ayumu

Actually, she's voiced by Hisako Kanemoto, better known as Ika Musume.

Edit: I see I was beaten.

I've said it about other shows, but sometimes with absurdity this extreme it's better if no real effort is made to explain it. And if you can make the lack of explanation part of the joke, so much the better. And I agree with the point that the jarring transitions are intentional - they feed the impression that there's madness happening on screen that no one on either side of the fourth wall has any hope of explaining.

And if anyone has had really, really good tonkotsu ramen, especially with chashu, then you know - there are no known limits to it's powers.
