Alright!
Thanks for the reccomendation, I'll go watch it one of these days

I saw Inglorious Bastards last night for the first time.

Bloody loved it!

Christoph Waltz definitely made that movie, I don't think there's been a movie when watching it that I couldn't imagine anyone else playing that role.

I had a cruel laugh during the interrogation scene with the German soldiers in the forest.

Stiglitz was great too, I wasn't disappointed in the bar fight when he drew his knife...

Just saw Scott Pilgrim vs the World and The Expendables this weekend. Scott Pilgrim was hilarious if you like Michael Cera's awkward humor, and I enjoyed the Expendables for what it was: a summer action flick. The dialogue was lacking and the plot was patchy, but the action was entertaining. I especially loved it every time a knife was used.

I think my brain died a little watching this.

Only saw the 'Hot Tub' episode of this cartoon, but dear god, I'd rather watch that three times over than sit through another hour of that crappy movie..

@james, if you haven't seen 'The losers', you will find that it was much better than the A-team. The plot is similar and the villain is amazing. If you want pop corn fare, this is it.

I'm always in the mood for dumb fun, and I missed this film when it was released in theatres, so sure, I'll pick it up on DVD when it is released...

The movie was awful, but the second season of the show is actually pretty good especially the few extremely sarcastic political/social commentary episodes.

The Return of the Living Dead

Watched Return of the Living Dead had heard of it quite a lot . And it was better than I expected and for an Eighties flick it quite sweet . Yes its a B grade movie but the in your face approach and the slickness of the movie is its greatest strengths . I don't plan to watch the original but I sure am watching the sequels .

It isn't horror best classified as a Dark Comedy something along the lines of Evil Dead / Brain Dead /Sean of the Dead & Bad Taste . Personally I found it much more quirkier than Evil Dead . If you logic take a back seat and go with the flow, you will have a satisfied smile at the end of the flick .

Summary / Trailer

Prince of Persia .

Well not really a game's adaptation but quite good/so-so with good effects .
At least better than Clash of Titans .

Watched Inception.
I was surprised it was so long. I didn't know it was overlength until the "Pause" screen showed up It didn't feel so long either, stayed interesting the whole time. Really liked it, not as mind blowing as some critiques make it out to be, but still really good. Definitely one of the best cinema flicks rolling this year. Or maybe even the best this year period.

Spoiler for details of the film:

But still a really great movie and beautiful to look at. Definetly gonna rewatch again. Might get the bluray when it gets out.

I really liked the cast, too. Even DiCaprio .. and I'm not really a fan of his. I also was kinda happy to see Juno again, you know Ellen Page Her character wasn't that interesting here unfortunately. She mostly was just there to drag out DiCaprio's backstory. Totally loved Watanabe here, though. Even so his character doesn't scream deep either . He was just entertaining to watch.

^Hey, I'm not the one who enjoyed Watanabe-san in Inception

I watched Suspect X (Yougisha X no Kenshin) last week, a sequel to the J-drama Galileo, with Fukuyama Masaharu and Shibasaki Kou. It was a good movie on its own but as a continuation of the show, it kind of failed - the Galileo vibe wasn't there and not enough Yukawa and even less Utsumi

... I'm suddenly not sure why I'm writing this much about the movie since I doubt anyone here saw it or the drama

I finally went and watched Salt. I don't have a habit of nitpicking action movies, but this one really had a hella lot of plot holes. I mean seriously, one would think the president would remember who bashed him in and who saved the world, seriously. Unless of course he had amnesia after that, huh. But in the end, the awesome scenes still dominated over the script quality, so I was content and didn't regret the 5.55€. I had also read the original script, it's nice if you want to know more of Evelyn and her husbands background. The movie would have felt much more completed had they included more of those scenes in it, though.

7/10
