Wow, you should come over to Asia to try Mapo Tofu. I'm not a fan of tofu to begin with but whenever I see my friend/family eating it, they'll be sweating like crap. I'm not even in Japan, I'm in Singapore. Not too sure about Japan's taste but the ones in Shanghai and Beijing are really crazy spicy too.
