Well anyway don't forget that Naruto is shonen, and in a shonen when a chapter stop just before a blow which seem impossible to avoid, there is 99% of probability that the blow misses

But it's also possible Neji succeeds at stopping the flow of chakra of his opponent.
Then when Neji think that he has win, the spider dude use his curse seal to force his chakra's points to open under the flow of chakra like a dam collapsing under the water surge.
And it will be after that, that Neji would be forced to use his capacity to increase the flow of chakra.
Not his own, but the flow of his opponent!

We know that the use of the curse seal decay the body, and the body is eroded extremely quickly by the use of the curse level 2.
Now imagine the result on a body already exausted by the fight against the two jounins plus the curse seal with the result increased by the gentle fist of Neji!

With that I think that Kidoumaru will most likely fall or even die in few second

It's an intelligent way to use the Jyuuken, and to win with his cleverness, not just the I-eat-a-pill-and-I-becomes-a-god way

alright... well u know how Kidoumaru says he heard from oro that he can emit chakra from his hands... but then Oro was at the final exam for the chuinin exam... and he saw Neiji's Kaitan (Heavenly Spin) yeah? well if that's the case then Oro definately knows that Neiji has the skills to emit chakra from his whole body... and so that seems to be a SLIGHT flaw in the whole story... i doubt Oro wouldn't tell his 4 main fighters about that... i mean... he DOES want Sasuke no?

I think that it's because it forcibly releases all of the body's chakra, causing rapid cell decay since the body's cells are rapidly deteriating/dying because they're giving up all the energy that they have.

Think of it as overclocking one's body, only without adequate cooling

Well,it is a weird but good way to tell us why it kills someone. Is it possible that Neji will make the aranchna-dude's chakra overflow and....make him explode or something like that? Too much power kill , and I think Neji is in an openig chakra stance (gentle fist). If you have ever read fantastic four, you can see that too much power kill when they kill the green giant monster. I think Neji will do the same thing.

i hope neji kicks his ass...just because i dont' want to see the exact same fight AGAIN....neji trying something...then failing...the guy becomes all powerfull and neji pulls something out of his ass....meh...boring....i just want a nice quick fight....i dont' like neji....jsut because you gotta have love for hinata...but still....neji should woop spiderman....neji is supposed to be this really powerfull genin....who got robbed because he fought against naruto....and naruto made him look stupid....but still...neji KO's this guy next week and comes back without a scratch...

I agree with you that Neji should be able to beat arachnodude but i don't believe he'll be able to finish it quickly without a scratch. I do hope he won't do like he did against Naruto but if it happen like Hunter suggested it could be a really good fight.
