Can some name me a program (hopefuly free) that can turn Divx movies to MPG, Avi, or Quicktime? I'm doing some video work in Adobe the files will import but I get no video. I tried a few programs but nothing.

what do you mean turn divx into avi mpeg ... ??

a divx is most often an avi file.
to put it into mpeg you can use the search button, it has already been answered.
if you have a file like mymovie.divx then you can change the radical to .avi ( I don't know if you can do it with windows though )
Most of the software are free ( GNU or GPL licence ). you can search also on sourceforge.net
