You do not put sugar in tea or coffee! Bitter drinks are supposed to be bitter!

Would you put sugar in beer?! OF COURSE NOT! It's supposed to be bitter!

*facepalm*
Personally, I never tried putting sugar in beer simply because it has never occured to me, and sugar wasn't around when I had my beers (once in a long while).

Tea with milk. Sounds about right. Milk has sugar in it, no?

As for fast food, not a fan, but if push comes to shove, I'll eat it.

Fast food is disgusting. I eat fast food maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and only because I'm on a trip somewhere and can't cook.

Usually I eat:

Breakfast: Bowl of muesli with some berries, English muffin, orange juice
Lunch: Pita sandwich, crackers, fruit, some chocolate
Dinner: Meat & potatoes or beans, with some other side, a couple peppermint patties, tea later on

A blog called stonesoup has a lot of good quick meal ideas. Five ingredients, ten minutes.
