Demons wielding weapons isn't exactly a new concept; the sin demons from 3 wield scythes.

Eh? I really fail to see how this 30fps is faster than the 60fps from 4.

To be honest when I first saw the gameplay trailer for DmC, it didn't really register in my head either... But then I watched a video of DMC4's combat... The difference is VERY obvious

Frame rates doesn't affect the speed of a game but rather the "fluidity"

But still, i miss 60fps. Good thing i'll get the PC version of the game. The PS3 version just sucks because well, PS3 is infamous for not handling unreal engine.
It's like bayonetta all over again.

The health bar is the least thing i would worry about. Despite the gameplay being above to an average hack n' slash, it's not up to Devil may cry standards. So far, it can't beat Lords of shadow nor bayonetta.

Still, i'm hoping that the full game will prove me wrong.

Unless the animation is Synched with frame rate. Street Fighter 4 and Dark Souls are good examples of this.

That's most likely concept art for the Rage demon. It's basically a giant rat demon that you can only hurt with guns. Vergil's Downfall has already been revealed and nothing there indicates Vergil went through such a transformation
