Can I ask if you've released/planning to release the other episodes and if another group has released 1-25?

1)We don't have resourses to do all so we release only translator's favorite eps.))
2)Yes, vhsfansubs from Ribon for 1-8 eps available, but unfortunately that's all.

For these older shows, especially with a high episode count, "best of" releases may be a good way to go. Fansubbing is a hugely time consuming process, and this type of release is good for introducing both an audience as well as (possibly) another translator who could commit to more of it.
