I read that and was like, ok.... So, I went and downloaded some other random torrent and it got to 130kb/sec. I was like So, I went and got another one and OMG! So that was the problem all along? Just a weird bug? I was laughing for like 10 minutes.

So, sorry to have bothered you all with my questions when there was actually not much wrong. I still learned a few interesting things though. So, thanks for all the answers and replies!

Later on I found more torrents that were problematic. I grabbed the CVS version of Azureus which has an option to use the "socket polling" method they had it 2.0.7. It stabalized the torrents at good speeds but it eats up the CPU.

I recomend grabbing it (had to upgrade SWT, also) so you can turn that option on and off if you find a torrent that won't download.

I assume the IP on your PC is 192.168.x.x

Do this to see:

Start->Run
type in "cmd" and hit "ok"
At the C:\> prompt, type: ipconfig
hit enter and see what it says after "IP Address"

Also see what is says for "Default Gateway". It should be another 192.168.x.x IP and that is the IP of your cable modem. You should be able to put that into a web browser and connect to it (It might not be on port 80, though, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it)

I have got to my router administrator's page but I don't know how to forward ports . Could someone take a look on my pictures that I captured from my administrator's page and help me to fill in it ( Sorry about my writing if it has mistake ... )

1. Address Mapping .

2. Virtual Server .

3.
Special Application 1 .
Special Application 2 .

Thank you very much for your reading and helping ...

http://azureus.sourceforge.net/index_CVS.php

The link is in the menu along the top of the page.

Kosodo: You want to be in NAT->Virtual Server.
Put the IP as your computer's IP, keep in on TCP and make the public and private port the same.

BAck when I mappped ports, you had to map all of them you were using (I mapped 1000 ports, you don't want to do that), now you only need to map one and I'm not totally sure what it is. I'd map 6969 and 6881

I think those are what Azareus uses by default.

Cool, thanks! It works SO much better now!

Anyway, I got all the stuff on that link you gave me, but, I don't know what to do with the SWT thing. I downloaded it and extracted it all to another folder I just made. So, I'm just wondering what I do with it.

Extract it right into the C:\Program Files\Azureus folder. Don't put it into a subfolder.

Some explaination in this thread:
http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=9773

You don't need NAT unless you have more than 1 computer and you want them all to share one IP from your ISP.

What are you trying to do?

Be careful with the Azureus CVS versions. The Azureus team is currently rewriting the network code and there are still many quirks to sort out. Some have reported the newer CVS versions (b26+) work fine for them but I still get very bad performance. Download speed should suffer generally with all newer CVS version.
I advise to test the b14 CVS (the last one before the code rewrite) and see what version (b14 or b29+) works better.
You can grab b14 here: http://azureus.sourceforge.net/cvs/Azureus2-B14.jar
I did a quick test with b14 and b27 yesterday and post them here too, to show what you should expect:
