Actually, I'm surprised Turn A hasn't been brought up before now in at least some capacity.

Amia is an exception since she half merged with the ELS. Unlike others like Descartes she didn't die.

A proper baseline would be Claus. According to correspondent the human race consist of 25% Innovators.

It may not be a coincidence CB went public when it did. Aeolia Schenberg may have predicted the time table, using Veda, for the rise of Innovators.

The appearance of the ELS on Sol is not in Schenberg's calculations. Part of the purpose of GN Drives is FTL travel. The eradication of war is more for the benefit of aliens who would encounter an intergalactic human civilization.

It is a lucky set of coincidences that Aeolia Schenberg's plan was useful in solving a first contact crisis with the ELS.

Question- Why is UVERworld's "Change" the theme song of this movie if there were three other songs that were actually played in the movie ?

(That small part outside the theater doesn't count)

I'm under the impression that the Back Horn's Tozasareta Sekai was the definitive theme song of the movie, with change having been.... ousted perhaps?

I just found out that Raphael Gundam did not do a barrel roll buster just like the Movie Trailer. This is just not right. Really, Sunrise?

Many scenes in the trailers like the aforementioned Raphael rolling shot and the other action shots of the Gundams were made especially for the trailers, and not for the movie. Sad, but true

Dude, it's 40%.

If you mean coinciding with the three blocs, no it was calculated and performed according to Veda's calculations. If you mean the ELS, heck, even Veda wouldn't have realize that.

It's not that there's no way Veda could have realized it; it's that there's no way to even predict it. Sure, Aeolia didn't want humanity to take warfare with it to the stars, but there wasn't even a guarantee that they'd ever come into contact with a race they weren't responsible for creating themselves. But it's the same thing I guess.

From the subs, its 25%, which is 1/4 of human population.

I'm not really knowledgeable with Japanese myself, but asking around for people who are knowledgeable, and from listening to the actual line, it does seem that the "25%" figure is a mistranslation, and that it actually is "40%". Though I'll need someone to personally scrutinize the line for confirmation.

1/4 was in the spoiler before, if I remember correctly, so when I saw 25%, I wasn't really bothered by it.

After some more asking around... the term used in speech was "yonwaritai" it seems, which translates to "1/4th". Hence, 25%.

We're speaking English right? There is no way you would've misunderstood what I said.

To put it simply Aeolia Schenberg knew Innovators are coming. With or without his GN technology. Super soldiers like Al/Hal and SoMarie, natural Innovators like Descartes and Amia are evidence of that. Aeolia is the AD version of Zeon Zum Deikun only a scientist rather than a politician philosopher.

The potential of his discoveries, particular the GN particle and the Quantum computer Veda, could revolutionize mankind. But he doesn't want to be like Alfred Nobel to see his discoveries and inventions misused and bring chaos to the cosmos. Therefore the Plan involving CB,Veda and Innovades.

When you think about it GN particles are a all around SF nerds dream. Inexhaustible power, advance DEW, Shields, Cloaking and FTL.

His dreams and inventions are Aeolia's legacy to mankind. Heck he put himself in suspended animation just in case when First Contact comes. Somebody backstabbing him to rule the world is something he was prepared for.

As I said the entire thing is Batman Gambit by Aeolia.

There's one flaw in your thinking: Innovators like Descartes and Amia can only emerge as a result of exposure to GN Particles. They can only appear with GN Technology.

No GN particles are the medium for useful telepathy. To be a potential Innovator one needs Quantum Brainwaves.

But the quantum brainwaves of Innovators and even Innovades are only of such high quality because GN Particles stimulated their development. The QBW used by super soldiers like Allelujah and Soma were "artificial", and hence too imperfect to really be useful for such purposes.

To add: Supplemental material revealed that Class-C QBW users, like Soma and Allelujah, possess quantum brainwaves and can perceive them, but cannot actually utilize them for telepathy and such like Innovades and Innovators, who are Class-B and Class-A QBW users, respectively.

I take it that limitation on Class-C users abilities only applies to QBW outside of there own wave length since that was the reason since that Al and Marie were able to communicate.

Different personalities exhibit different levels of QBWs, it seems--Soma could not, Marie could. Hallelujah has stronger QBWs than Allelujah. But all things considered, these two(four) examples seem to be anomalies. Marie's communication with Allelujah when they were kids, for example, could've been experimental and even more artificial: she might've had stronger QBWs than normal but as a cost lost all other functions of her body. And yet Soma was incapable of telepathy, but had control of the body.
