In a way, Sket Dance reminds me of older stuff like Ranma/12 (minus the martial arts and romance theme), like it seems to be following a standard colourful multi-character formula where everyone has his or her own special quirks. Shows like this are awesome when they have lots of episodes.

I'm definitely looking forward to next week's arc.

This episode did not disappoint

Bossun is actually quite a perv. Or rather, he's just a healthy 16 year old. There is no teenager (or even adult, really) who would not want to take advantage of the situation. Unfortunately for him, Himeko masterfully cockblocked him, and caused quite a few misunderstandings in the process. I take it neither of them took a bath in the end.

Saaya was very cute as usual. I'm afraid she's going to get rejected next week though...

They did in the manga, but as Roman stated, the network would never allow those scenes to pass in the anime. You can even see the manga strips detailing the cut scenes scrolling behind her.

Seriously? I assumed it was just a joke, Gintama style. I didn't think they actually cut those scenes out from the manga. I'll have to check out the manga chapters then.

Ok, I've read the corresponding manga chapters. Disregard what I said earlier, this episode was a disappointment. They took out the funniest scenes. I don't see why they couldn't have included them, there was nothing shocking in there. Gintama got away with a million times worse on the very same channel. I bet the staff didn't even bother asking the network and did that preventively. If that's the case, then these people have no balls.

Pretty disappointing, but I have to give them credit for at least being creative about filling in what occurred in between scenes. Most anime would probably rewrite such scenes into non-existence entirely or change such events. I don't think it was really due to content standards or whatnot; rather, the anime just probably wanted to save time.

Despite those missing scenes, this episode is still quite funny and enjoyable.

Well Sket Dance dropped a shame but not watching a show that cuts out THE FUNNIEST SCENES IN THE MANGA still that saves me money i can drop my Crunchroll subscription now.

This episode was very well directed. Lots of sweet scenes here and there.

There was a little progress on the romantic front. Saaya now believes she has a chance since Bossun is not interested in Himeko, whereas Himeko probably thinks she has none. It's kinda obvious Bossun and Himeko will end up together, but I'm still curious to see how this will be handled.

The Quest Dance segment at the end was hilarious. That's quite a team they formed
Dragon Quest parody never fail to entertain me.

I'm guessing the triangle will only be resolved at graduation (besides, there will be other fun stuff regarding this plot device ). The anime is covering 2nd year arc now. For the last 30 chapters or so after chapter 200 (not yet scantalated), the manga has been covering 3rd year arc. So there's still quite some time before it gets resolved, I think.

This school trip was totally funny since everyone seemed to be at their max craziness.
Bossun & Himeko were closer and closer to being discovered.
Saaya's flashbacks were nice ^^
Looks like she developed some strong feelings for Bossun.
The bed sharing thing was really a nice bonus this time.
The mini game special was pretty interesting and LOL but didn't really fit after the whole school trip theme.

So now Bossun will think about the romance. Himeko route ! Saya is cute but Himeko is 100x better ! And Bossun x Himeko are really getting along.

I still think it would be more interesting if they used their respective body's voice in the futon scene instead of their real voice.

Also this hotel sure have really interesting taste when they choose pictures for wall decoration.(in the scene when Saaya have a talk with Bossun(Himeko))

watched a few starting episodes of the series, wasn't expecting much at the beginning but it totally suprised me and i am suprised that a normal life comedy series running for so long,
the main three characters are quite unique from the usual ones, the series has got nice humor
the one thing i liked is that there is no much romance stuff, instead watching the friendship between them is good to see
i am totally on with this series

New opening! Probably the best animated one so far. It's got two new characters in it, who will apparently join the student council. Looking forward to it.

The episode was one of the funniest in the series. I didn't know Agata was such an overprotective brother... and that he was so dense when it comes to his sister. The misunderstandings were very well exploited. Saaya was cute as ever, the winter uniform suits her. She's been receiving a lot of attention lately, hasn't she? Not that I'm complaining. I'm overjoyed she became a regular.
