Yup. He's definitely stronger than "pre-skittle powered Aizen"...whom Urahara himself heavily implied would normally be more careful than "post-skittle" Aizen currently is.

So for as long as Aizen continues to play dumb by not using it, and for as long as Urahara never gets the chance to prove he can overcome it, I think it's a little optimistic to believe he's "stronger" at the moment.
