Wow, that seems like a major design flaw in muffling ... :P

I suppose you're giving up another enchantment slot if you muffle though instead of perk... o.O

Tempting, but I think I'll pass on that. The reason I decided to start a new game is because I was cheapening the experience by power leveling, and having 100% muffle with a petty soul gem and level 15 enchanting will just cheapen things, too.

So I just killed my first follower shortly after the Jarl gave her to me.

The funny thing is that I expected her to die as collateral damage from my magic, instead she died when I used a greatsword as I had ran out of mana.

Well, just so you know, there are two pairs of in-game unique boots that also give 100% sneak. The Nightingale Boots at player level 32 or above, or the Predator's Grace. So if you want a less lore-breaking pair of super boots, I just told you where to find them.

^ After she died I tried to use a staff to make her a zombie, but apparently I'm not allowed to do that.

That's why my follower now has legit 100% magic resistance. She had to sacrifice the ring and amulet slots to get it. But it is worth it as now she not just able to survive my chain lightning, but able to ignore fire traps.

As I explained a few weeks ago, only the player has a magic resistance cap. Followers can get magic immunity.

yeah, I know that... but I just started finding it amusing for that character's little "running gag". Like Ma'iq says,

"M'aiq has heard it is dangerous to be your friend."

I'm going to use a mod so I can use two rings. It balances out the gameplay to allow only one ring, but I'd like to have two rings. The mod allows up to around 153 rings, which is just ridiculous. I might use three rings at the most, but I want to put a low limit on it. I was thinking of going with a fortify marksman ring, a fortify one-handed ring, and a fortify block ring. Depends on if I put some perks into block and one-handed.

I think you should have up to 10 rings. 'course, you'd need stronger enemies to go with it. Or some other balancing feature, like having them drain magica and not work when your magica's depleted.

I'm guessing floatation devices.... (and yes, its massively stupid even in a fantasy context.... I can *almost* let the khajiit slide, at least they're mammals).

Good thinking, ofcourse they need something to give them the edge in the water.

They'll need it too, because things are gonna get really wet.
