I notice that for some reason uTorrent 2.2 has a very high network overhead, around 20~30kbs while I'm only seeding 4 or 5 torrent. It's quite strange to me since on another PC using 2.0.4, network overhead is only 4~5kbs despite seeding around 15 torrent.
Any idea why?

Try disabling uTP and see if it improves.

Options -> Preferences -> BitTorrent -> uncheck Enable bandwidth management

Thanks, it worked and my overhead now is reduced to ~10kbs.
One question though, does turning off uTP management affect my speed?

If your ISP throttles bittorrent traffic it may.
