I'm still not sure that this anime is going to have any blatant eroge elements, other than an implied harem, and bouncing boobies.

With the BETA they are mainly a problem because of their numbers, not because of any tactics or wonder-weapons that they use, lasers aside. In this case, you want a mech that can fight as long as possible, with the best efficiency as possible. It's a battle of attrition, and in this case, it might not be the best idea to just blast everything away American-style, but instead focus on perfecting the operational art for which highly-efficient and maneuverable mechs, in other words, the "warrior concept", would be useful. Firepower is nice, but what about that bigass supply train, or those dwindling resources to produce the requisite ammunition? Waste not, want not. From what I gather, eventually the war against the BETA turns into one of those endless scrolling shooters where you don't even really think as you jump around and dispatch enemies. |

In a war against places like Vietnam and Iraq, yeah. Where we have total superiority and at least a parity in numbers. The BETA, while they can be fought, require lots of advanced mechs that expend 120mm shells like machine gun rounds. Plus they need to be repaired, maintained, etc, all of which need more and more logistics that, in the face of millions of massive armored BETA, will begin to strain even if you dedicate a WW2 level of effort to it.

Besides: -Inia stalking the rest of the crew is getting boring. I want some real character development! And the most important: From this moment I will use Takamura instead of Yui. 1) She damages the ego of my beloved chocolate loli. 2) She damages my beloved Active Eagles. 3) She used a real sword for that "lesson". What? You say she is a member of imperial guard so she obviously won't hurt anybody thanks to her MAD SKILZ? I call that bullshit. Send her back to Japan! |

They are produced by the Hives on a case by case basis, as needed.

@Angrypokstick
Yes, it looked like the whole deal was approved, but this makes this whole event even more ridiculous. One mistake made by Takamura and we would have a funeral. @grevierr No. While the idea came from that destroyer class plushie article from the wiki, I'm thinking about tank-class plushie (which probably doesn't exist). Tank-class is my favorite BETA strain. |

What? Yui does have the skills. It's not like "oh, you're born in the right family that means you can ALL use these ultra high performance TSF". It's more like "oh, you're born in the right family AND you have high skills so you can ALL use these high performance TSF".

Also, she tried to get Yuuya to understand over and over again but it keep failing so although this method was really risky, it actually worked. Also true that one mistake could be a problem but at the same time, I think they were trying to show that she's really skilled enough to not hurt them. Kind of like how extremely skilled people are able to subdue an opponent without hurting them while the "normal" people ends up hurting the opponent until they can't hurt you. Lol.

Ah I see what he means now. Then I agree. Oh! I completely forgot that we got a sub-forum because of that. I'm curious to what the moderators thought when they start to see the amount of posts started going up like crazy!

Yui trashed them pretty hard and if she was out to win she would have easily. Glad that instead she was just there to reach Yuuya a lesson and to get him to finally start focusing on learning to use the TSF.
Tarisa seems to be the target of a lot of fan service. Is it because of the power of moe/tsundere? |
