That's an interesting episode. Finally, it put me more interested on watching this one. I must say there aren't much action scenes but seeing all those conspiracies is definitely worth watching. Bad guys are starting show themselves (about time). Seems like next episode would be interesting too.

Oh God, don't tell me next week's episode is going to be another filler.
This episode was probably one of the better eps in the series, but this series still hasn't grabbed me yet. I have a feeling that the most interesting plot twists in the consipiracy won't be what it is, but who is involved. Obviously Alice's fiance is somehow involved and one of the bigger (inevitable) plot-points will occur when this gets revealed. The fight scene in this ep wasn't bad, but I've grown somewhat weary of anime action in general, so action seqeuences have to be particularly special before they grab my attention. Overall, solid ep that wasn't anything special, but didn't do anything particularly bad.

Awsome, it seems that whenever PS actually does the main storyline for a 2-3 episode then will show some random ass filler out of no where, FTL. Way to create a pause and haitus in the storyline and kill any kind of anticipation of seeing more development...

I'm pretty much happy how the unfolding plot let the inclusion of new player and a clear direction onto where the story is heading.
Spoiler:
I'm just as well satisfied that the show's animation returned to its standard norm. Last edited by Guido; 2007-01-17 at 19:03. |

I didnt feel the fightscene was particularly good; it was just okay. Yes, at least Alice used her dagger. Still, I dont think there was much story-progression in this. I really dont see what it did to much further the plot, if there ever was one in the first place; and its scary because at epiosde 12, if you dont already have a plot up and running...
And what's more, another filler!? I mean, Lolis are well and good, but another filler? |

I must say the fight scene with the Oland, Alice and the assassin. The way Oland protected Alice was above and beyound and i still feel like there is romantic feelings there. As we all guess the pretty long haired dude who happens to be Alice's finance is a baddie like that was freakin hard to guess. My guess is someone wants to start a new war and capitalize on the military technology that would come from it, basically arms dealers or rouge elemants looking for a piece of the pie

Was anyone else irritated at the fact that they let the disheartened, beat down and crestfallen Cecile just leave at the end of the ep?
Where do they expect her to go? She's got nothing and no one left to take care of her and is totally down and out. Either she'll become delinquent or she might even do something stupid. Wouldn't giving her a new prospect by providing her a job at the Salvation Army or Red Cross be necessary? In my opinion, that's also war relief. Seems pretty much out of character for Alice not to care and just be gloomy herself. |
