Maybe someone here can help me find something I've been looking for for a while.
It was a short (like less than 15 pages or so) manga featuring Kiso Kai Ni, and she was getting married to the admiral. It was in a first person style, so she was looking at the camera and talking to you.
It ended with the line, "最高の勝利を与えてやると言っただろう？" (I told you I'd give you the ultimate victory, right?)

It was really sweet, and I just got Kiso to Kai ni and went looking for it, but I can't find it anywhere.
It would've been up around September or so of last year, maybe a little earlier than that.
Anybody know it?

The number if comics involving Katsuragi, Zuikaku, and Kaga are going up. Most are having Katsuragi gushing over Zuikaku (and sometimes Soukaku) as First Carrier Division, with Kaga being put out by this. (Akagi doesn't care usually, though one had Zuikaku make a save my stuffing Katsuragi's face with bauxite...which she's never tasted before, as she never had aircraft. Akagi and Kaga somehow find this cute and Akagi (of all people) starts feeding her.

Katsuragi of course would have no idea who Kaga and Akagi are on sight. They sank long before she was finished. Nor that Zuikaku and Soukaku would be Fifth Carrier Division in Kaga's eyes.

The part above the box on the right says "Wait, wait, wait wait!!"

There were many reasons to hunt for extra copies of Yuu: Orel Cruising rotation, wanting the both versions or more of her gears. More than just, "Well, they changed her art it sucks." When I see the resource costs for Yuu farming and some being fruitless, laughing at those who have done it is inappropriate and uncalled for.

Some versions have Yukikaze starting like that and then as time goes on becoming like she usually is...partly to cover up all the grief of seeing everyone sink. The childlike persona is the mask over the pained Kagero-class destoyer's hull.

Though it could be the other way around. She started out as the Commander shouting kid that grew up to the deadeyed Kagero. We'll see if she ever gets upgraded.

Okay, I just finished watching the 1st episode of this anime and it had me thinking;

If the Iowa-Class Battleships (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iowa-class_battleship) were in the franchise; how would they look?

I feel that they would be depicted as women around their 20s-30s instead of teenage girls. Given their history...

They are Western ships. I'd say they would be buxom dominatrixes.

Still the best is fan decision. Who wants the Iowa-class to be domineering, headstrong women with huge fuel tanks and guns? :p

When you consider the history of the actual ships, it makes sense to have them as onee-sans. Although, Iowa would only have turrets 1 and 3 in firing operation because she had an explosion in turret 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Iowa_turret_explosion). The guns in that turret had never fired again since then.
