The plot is the MC is on the run for stealing(+) from his magic guild in the humans territory so he goes to the elf territory ends up being mistaken as the one who saves some young elf girls and gets invited to be the elf kingdoms court magician.

From there he then uses lies to convince the princess(who can't use spirit magic like other elves) that having sex with him is the way to learn magic and starts her training.

The MC is actually not great as a magician as he specialized in like magic acupunture, he still has decent knowledge of alchemy but almost no mana/power.

He makes use of this knowledge to creature any number of sex tools, aphrodisiacs, etc... the princess bodyguard dark elf finds out about him training the princess and fails to kill him so she makes a deal to take the princess place (though he still does both of them even after).

The changes in the plot only really consist of how the above characters are introduced or what magical tools he uses to adjust the setting. Occasionally brainwashing the heroines into "settings" using magic to change appearances/older/younger looking, etc...
