You have magic and elves, and on the elves side incest has already been implied, I doubt there would actually be any issues with inbreeding in this setting. Strictly speaking incest is quasi misunderstood in the way its portrayed. The reason inbreeding can lead to issues is because defective genes, typically recessive, have a great chance to appear. That being said statistically issues occurring even between brother and sister are not really elevated to that high of a degree.

Also strictly speaking if there are no genetic flaws in your genes, which you could do with things like elves and handwaving, then you could interbreed for all eternity with no bad effects.

If you took those spoilers from the chinese comments, then those are most likely no true (more like trolling), I remember reading a review on the raw chinese site, and Alice was killed by Elizabeth (she didn't want to believe that Alice betrayed her, but she killed her to avenge L-san's dead, or something like that ...), Castell I think was killed by Alice (?), and Alice got a statue (memorial) and is called a hero, and Elizabeth came with a group of Valkyries that revolted to see Troy.

As for true harems and killing in Japanese works, there are a lot of those kind of works out there. Enough to at least not call it "generally the norm".

My point about the incest was less so about the incest , and more so about how I have rarely seen Chinese works where they tease something only for it to be a switcharoo.

Also prior to the major increase in Light Novel popularity, basically early 2000s, harem works almost never had harem endings. From about 1995 to 2010, name me something outside of tenchi that has actual confirmed harem; there are a few, but its probably a very short list.

As far as Japanese incest, besides Koi Kaze, Aki Sora is the only other one that really comes to mind.

Regarding the violence thing, its not so much of the violence, but this idiotic notion of well I have my countries sensibilities in a world to which they run completely counter too. I mean its one thing if its something like Rito, saying well I am an earthling, and despite the fact that the rulers of the galaxy allow polygamy, I cant do anything because its offends earth morals; okay this is kind stupid, but at least in the realm of possibility. I dont understand how she could almost kill troy, since i am assuming this is at a point in the story where he is overpowered, even in the best of times she wasnt a particularly formidable or impressive character, she was a loli with some enhanced strength but nothing that should challenge the MC

Personally, as soon as she showed her nonsensical belief that elizabeth had to act a certain, and out right dismissed troy, her blood related son who she loved more than anyone, I thought her character was ready for the scrap heap. Once a character starts the path of troll logic and its not a gag comedy manga, the character is basically irritating as hell.

First L-san comes back at the end of Vol 14. Have been waiting for that for a long time.

Overall, I didn’t like Vol 14 almost dropped the series again, but I persevered.

First MC Father is dead as a doornail, Dragon Mom is capable of turning into a Human Form and the reason he was with Dragon Mom is that all male Dragons are extinct so Dragon Mom snitched the next best thing with lots of mana. LOL

Also, MC finally becomes strong Siegfried Style by taking a dip in Dragon Blood and becoming invulnerable to conventional weapons and can finally use mana without immediately killing himself. Not sure if this is true, but like other dragons I think he is also immune against magic.

Up to now MC had four daughters. Best daughter is without question yandere daughter Liu Yue which MC had with Fox wife Ling Yue. Niers daughter Daisy is a tsundere. Lucia had two daughters, well technically one and the other she only gave birth to but whatever, Nona and Vera. Nona being the timid type and Vera the calculating crafty one. Guess which one came from Vivian!

Also, best chapter (sidestory), parent’s day at Liu Yue’s school:

Teacher like “I know your parents are separated but please call your father”

Ling Yue like “Dude I’ve been telling you my parents aren’t separated they just don’t live together”

There were a few chapters from his perspective, where he explains why he abandoned Troy and Vyvyan in favour of Dragon Mom and to summaries he is a total bastard. Btw. Dragon Mom can change the appearance of her human form to better suit the taste of her partner so she looks like a mix between Vyvyan and Elizabeth just with bigger boobs.

There are some hints however about what killed him. However, to explain them I have to go into some details of Volume 14.

So, after the events of Volume 13 Troy is slowly dying. He is desperately looking for a way to cure himself. Not having much time to live anyway he follows the footsteps of his father and finds Dragon Mom. Because of his disappearance Vyvyan goes apeshit. She collects Mc newest follower and new Bodyguard to accompany her.

Follows MC finds Dragon Mom and with MCs Bodyguard help, she’s a kind of dragon slayer, kills Dragon Mom. Then when MC appears and calls the dragon “Mom”, she goes insane and almost kills Troy and has to be half killed by MCs new badass bodyguard, lol.

Anyway, so Dragon Mom is dead and gives three things to MC. Blood that saves his live and makes him supper strong, her hearth which MC uses to bring L-san back and her eyes which he gives to his new badass bodyguard which needs them for her little sister that can’t see. Just when you think its over for Dragon Mom, she is suddenly revived. Luna: Personal Maid of Troy, secretly also his lover. Originally a slave and because of abuse unable to bear children. However, because of the dragon hearth Troy used to revive her, she recovered from all damage. Expect a baby in the future ;)

Freya: Adopted little sister of Troy, also his Prime Minister in all but name. Of course, madly in love with Troy. When she thought he had died she went over the edge and almost destroyed the north. In the Process she wipes out almost all northern nobles. She is actually more like his mistress and sleeps with him behind his wives’ backs.

Mothers:

Vyvyan: The elven mother of Troy. In love with Troy, she is a hardcore Yandere. In secret the actual mother of Vera.

Elizabeth: The human mother of Troy. Through the course of the story, the way Troy looks at her changes. He starts a physical relationship with her.

Sylvanas: Dragon Mom, she is the dragon Lover of Troy’s father. Her real form is an enormous dragon, but she can take a human form. The appearance of her human form can be changed. She is the most powerful character in the series to date. One on one, nobody can beat her. Vyvyan has to team up with Ying to defeat her. In a relationship with Troy.

Potential Harem Members:

Tanya: Originally the bodyguard of Troy from a northern tribe of humans. Later on, becomes the general of his army. Has Mistress potential. In a rivalry with Freya, about the position of little sister.

Ying and Xia: The sisters Troy meet in Vol. 13. Ying becomes Troy’s bodyguard and Xia wants to become his personal cook. Of the two Xia is more likely to be in love with Troy. Ying is strong against dragons. Xia has dragon eyes.

Irina: Half Dragon Troy meets in Vol. 15. Goes into heat after touching Troy because of his dragon blood. Wants to have his baby. With or without his consent.

All his daughters: All of his daughters are fathercons. They are disturbingly into him. Because of Troy’s relationships with his mothers, I wouldn’t put it beyond the author to include an incestuous relationship with his daughters.


I’m afraid Lorna is more like an actual older sister to Troy and not in a romantic relationship with him. They work together on Innovations Troy proposes like new guns and trains.

It’s not really my place to tell you what happened after. After calming down, Mom fell asleep until night time. I couldn’t tell if it was her pent up feelings that she never let out or if Mommy Vyvyan messed with her mind. Nevertheless, I couldn’t bear to leave when I watched her sleep. Regardless, I knew I didn’t belong in this world.

At night, I replenished Mommy Vyvyan’s mana. She enjoyed it to the absolute max. Then, she drew up a magic formation at a tall building near our house.

I had mixed emotions. I kissed Zhu Liangzhe’s Mom on the cheek. Frankly, I couldn’t imagine how she dealt with the news of my death when she loved me so much. My initial assumption was wrong. Mom wasn’t the type of mother to be proud of me for sacrificing myself to save a child. She loved me. She wouldn’t feel proud. She must’ve bawled until she passed out in front of my grave.
I had the option of staying, but I couldn’t. I was dead. Zhu Liangzhe was dead. Mom’s Zhu Liangzhe was dead. Everything in this world was an illusion. It was all just a dream…
