Well it's a big spoiler for the future chapter...Thanks to Kein for putting up a small statue to worship and believing that there is a god in that mountain, her wandering soul in that mountain transformed into a god. Her existence and power is still weak even as a god because the only believer that she have is only kein. The more kein did good deeds and being thanked by the people, the more she will gain power. The one who give the golden apple in the prologue to kein is her apparently. All the lucky situation that you will read in the future chapter is thanks to her

1-Nope, only the power he get from Altena and the help he get from Tetora who is his familiar Although there is a change he will get learn some powers from his High-Elf blood

2-The only ones who are romantically interested in him for now are Anastrea and Altena
(Maya started to be a bit more interested in him in the current arc, not (yet) romantically though)

3-No snu-snu, although this could change if Altena could get her own corporeal body (since right now he can only touch her when she is possessing the saint's body.

All of his act of kindness are natural and with a proper reason when you look at it (giving the resurrection fruit to Anastre because she really wants to save her companion, gving most of the money he gets to others he cares for or really need it (like the orphanage he grew in or to aid in the town recontruction where he lives in when it was attacked, etc).

The only thing that I "dislike" about him would be his low self esteem but I guess that it is also due to it that he is that way he is now.
