Good anime in the last 2 years

Heya! I've been kinda out of it for the last 2-3 years so was wondering if there were any good ones that I have missed.

I like pretty much everything but here are my top 10 to give a rough idea of what I like the most:

1) FMA
2) Ghost Hunt
3) Chihayafuru
4) Shiki
5) GTO
6) Claymore
7) Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
8) Mai HIME
9) Ga-Rei Zero
10) SnK

Special Mentions:
1) Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
2) White Album 2
3) Psycho Pass
4) Seirei no Moribito
5) Baccano!

So yeh, a very mixed taste. I do love sport series and some dark action with drama inbetween.

Kinda outgrew shounen unless it's something more unique like SnK.

Please nothing like Fairy Tail and Bleach where friendship and deus ex machina win it all.

First and foremost, take a look at March Comes In Like a Lion. The series is very serious on the whole and very touching. One of the best dramas I've seen in a long time.

Your Plan to watch list is already quite amazing in numbers :heh: but since you mentioned Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo I would highly suggest checking out the ongoing show Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai (https://myanimelist.net/anime/37450/). Hajime Kamoshida is the original creator for both and AoButa simply happens to be the best show of the season :p

And yes, very underrated. Ending could've been better but at the same time I don't really mind it that much.

OP has taste. Nice list. Try "Hanebado!" if you like sports anime as well. Has an unhealthy amount of drama almost.

Claymore Remake or S2, one can dream... :(
