That scan comes before the end of the series, so it's listing his age as of R2.

I just realized that I don't know whether that scan (thanks again!) is talking about the time of Lelouch's death or R2 as a whole. Do you happen to know that? o.o
And if not (or if it's only the point of his death), do you maybe have something on his age during season 1?
I feel bad for bothering you about this, but... the claim that Lelouch was born in 2000 I stumbled upon astounds me, and I want to be sure I've got it right with 1999.
