No, the shana series is not over yet. There are 24 novels and currently the 24th one is being made right now (in Japan). As for the anime, there WILL be a season 3. Do not worry. It just hasn't been announced if it will air this fall or some time next year. If you have any other shana questions, please feel free to ask.
