No can do. Sorry. It'd be distorted and pixelated. Can't stretch a 120 pixel high picture to 150 without massive pixelation. Especially with an anime gif. Also, to not scrunch it up horizontal it'd have to be cropped.

Actually I don't right now. I don't make avatars unless it's a REALLY good scene. I try to stick to just making signatures.

It's from an OVA called Quiz Magic Academy. It's a pretty good episode. It's not absolutely hilarious, but it's a fun watch.
