Has anybody else noticed that Unryuu is kind of a... well, I don't know what the language filters will let me say here. Has anybody else noticed that half her secretary lines are things like, "If you give me good planes, I'll let you touch me?"

Some of the lines on her Wiki page are mistranslated, which might give you that impression.
For example:
"ふん…もっと優秀な艦載機を乗せてくれるの？なら、色々してあげようかな。 Hnn...so you want to ride the outstanding aircraft carrier? Then, I wonder if I should give more."

It's actually something like
"Hmm... you're going to give me better planes? Then maybe I'll let you have some fun."
