We know Sakaki was going to be a vet, Tomo claims she wants to join INTERPOL, and that Kagura wants to be some athlete, but what about the rest of the girls? I somewhat imagine Yomi being something like an accountant, Osaka being a writer of really weird stories, and Kaorin being some sort of scientist who works on space related stuff (she is in astronomy club after all).

Ah! I'm writing a fan fic covering just this.

Tomo's a cop (not in interpol yet)
Osaka's a teacher alongside Yukari & Nyamo
Yomi's the creator of a new hit manga series starring an odd, green-haired girl ( )
Sakaki is a zoo vet specializing in felines
Kagura is a gold-medalist swimmer
Chiyo is the head of Mihama Ltd., a megacorp very similar to Apple. (In this fanfic, she also has a robotic hand, but that's beside the point)
And Kaorin... I dunno. A scientist, perhaps? Haven't wrote her in yet...
